We absolutely loved our personal experience here. We needed two large units while we built our house and everything in storage was kept in perfect condition. There were no surprises, no gimmicks, and Sean was a delight with customer service. Couldn’t recommend this location enough!!

We had a great experience with 1st Class Storage. Sean answered every question we had without making us feel rushed or like we were asking a million things (even though we probably were). He got us set up and moved in the same day, which honestly felt like a small miracle considering how stressful moving and storage situations can be. He was professional, helpful, and genuinely nice the entire time. You can tell he actually cares about helping people instead of just trying to rush them through paperwork. The facility was clean, the process was easy, and Sean made the whole thing way less painful than expected

Very nice, clean, and well-maintained place. The move-in and move-out process was very easy, and they provide all the tools needed to move things around smoothly. The elevator is a great size with a nice weight capacity, which made moving much more convenient. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Edit for owner: I did try calling that number several times, but the only message I received was that the office was closed. I just wanted to inquire about changing the location of the unit, but I was able to get additional help and have it sorted out. I also wanted to purchase a lock, but I ended up going out to get one myself. Thank you, though.
